• Manages over 60+ existing clients of the company from Australia, United States, Europe and Asia Pacific Region from Onboarding to Exit Process.
• Serves as the primary point of contact and management of all client’s concern, issues, request related to staffing requirements, special requirements, contract review, contract rate increase and staff work related performance issues.
