Responsibilities

• Sculpt high-resolution character models in Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or Mudbox
• Create clean, high and low-resolution game topology, UV's, and textures
• Work closely with 2D Character Concept Artists to build life into the metaverse and games experiences
• Work within a small multi-disciplinary teams to develop the expressiveness,
  approachability, humor and playability of the in-game characters
• Conceptualize, present and execute ideas within time and technical constraints

while actively participating in artistic, creative and technical, problem-solving

• General 3D asset content creation including modelling, texturing, materials, and
  lighting, at both mobile and high-end specs
• Iterate and polish assets and publish complete assets
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to develop an effective and consistent

character art pipeline that empowers teammates to do their best work

• Receive and provide art and design feedback
• Clean topology modelling methods and strong attention to detail
• Potentially prepare character documents for external contractors

As a Post Production Manager, you will oversee the mid-shift Clark Production Department to ensure it’s continuing to create the highest possible quality content.

You are a tech-savvy people person who speaks fluent client, and fluent video editor.

You will be responsible to support Shootsta recruitment activities where required, line management and continual professional development of the Edit/AnimationTeams. You will implement global and local L&D strategies to nurture growth. You will liaise frequently with the Head of Production to ensure new strategies and workflows are adopted within the production team seamlessly, regularly reporting back with regional updates.

You will also work closely with the region’s Account Managers ensuring they work closely with their Edit Teams to uphold open communication with their clients.

When new systems and workflows are developed by the global team you will ensure each member of the production team is appropriately trained and equipped to carry out their roles with maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate — will use their passion, experience and excellent attention to detail to design stylish UX validated websites, apps and SaaS platforms for Global clients across the Fin-tech, eCommerce, Engineering, NGO and Franchise sectors.

The Role — In this part-time role, you will need to possess equal levels of creative flair, meticulous design knowledge, a love of intuitive UI and modern design standards. You'll guide our clients towards the creation of outstanding UX / Digitial Products (websites, apps) that yield measurable results.

On a typical day you can expect to be designing interfaces in Figma from supplied wireframes, creating design systems/style guides, working with UX designers & Project Managers to understand the brief and user goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience 
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation 
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications 
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity 
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film 
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects 
• Create rough and final cuts 
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running; 
• Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project 
• Meet with clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created;
