JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRE ON-BOARDING:

• Facilitates the preparation and sending of employment offer documents to successful applicants.
• Sets schedule and conducts Job offer discussion.
• Sends the pre-employment requirements to the staff.
• Facilitates the encoding of employee information to HR System (Sprout).
• Monitors and consolidates the submitted pre-employment requirements.
• Collects and compiles the pre-employment requirements and ensures safekeeping of 201 file.
• Coordinates any-equipment related issuance to both staff and support team.

OTHER TASKS:

• Assists in communicating/resolving employee concerns through email/chat/call as needed.

Sourcing candidates for live jobs, from our database and linkedin, mainly in the areas of Procurement / Purchasing but also looking at a breadth of roles outside of our core discipline. 

Depending on the level of experience, the role may be focused on the identification and initial pre-screening of suitable candidates in order to produce a long list for review by one of the Principle Consultants.

End to end candidate sourcing process, producing a fully interviewed shortlist, and then managing candidates through the interview / offer management process. 

• Perform full cycle recruiting activities to meet the direct hiring requirements of the company's local division in the Philippines
• Partner with Company Owners/Lead Developers, to understand their business and recruiting needs and establish effective recruiting strategies.
•  Build relationships with both executive level and managers/leads/clients and support their hiring needs.

•    Interview candidates using competency based behavioral interview techniques to ensure candidates match all specifications of the position including organizational and job fit.
• Prepare candidate summary highlighting the relevant experience and qualifications and refer short-listed candidates to hiring managers; make recommendations regarding hiring of candidates and participate in all stages of the selection process. (scheduling interviews, reference checks and extending employment offers).
• Draft and endorse to HR the employment offers.
• Produce weekly recruiting reports and monthly applicant flow reports
• Help implement, optimize and maintain our ATS to ensure useful metrics and analytics.
