Training and Development Specialist shall plan, develop, implement and evaluate training and development programs to ensure management and staff acquire the skills and develop the competencies required by the organization to meet the organizational objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
• Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
• Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
• Performs other related duties as required.

The Academic Services Administrator role is responsible for:  Providing correct and timely information to students on their course and qualification completions. Resolving any issues relating to course completions. Maintaining accurate academic records on various internal and external systems. Reporting course completions and credits. Supporting colleagues with general work flows as directed by the managers. This role is designed to assist client to meet its compliance requirements while providing high levels of customer service and quality learning experiences for students.

• Packaging home loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Researching different lender policies and processes.
• Completing servicing calculations on various calculators.
• Identify and follow up outstanding loan application items.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of home loan products and credit assessment.
• Customer data entry and online lodgement of loan applications.
• Ongoing loan management from application through to settlement.
• Ordering valuations.
